Remembering Hall of Fame trainer Mack Miller

Here are some links recognizing the legendary career of Hall of Fame trainer Mack Miller, who died this past Saturday at age 89. Miller was inducted into the National Museum of Racing’s Hall of Fame in 1987. He won the 1993 Kentucky Derby and Travers Stakes with owner Paul Mellon’s Sea Hero. Miller trained more than 70 stakes winners in his 46-year career. In 1987, the year of his Hall of Fame induction, Miller conditioned Java Gold to victories in both the Whitney Handicap and Travers Stakes.
